picture of

Garnet red color with dark ruby red reflection. Red and black berries rise from the glass. Hints of cassis, cherry and strawberry. Nicely present in the mouth without losing its charm. Typical notes of white pepper accompanied by fine tannins that lock the flavors nicely in the mouth. Spicy and tasty finish.

The spicy character of Cabernet, dominated by berries and pepper, makes it the ideal companion with a good piece of red meat. filet mignon, matured sirloin steak, roast beef or a delicious chateaubriand... Bring it on.

climate

Curicó valley is divided into several other smaller valleys. The cooler valleys like Lontué are used for white grapes and the slightly warmer ones like Maule for red wines. A general characteristic is that the temperature can vary greatly during the day and at night. This means that the grapes can ripen slowly and for a long time. In general, there is a Mediterranean climate with warm dry summers and short cold winters. Both the Andes mountains and the ocean play a major role in this.

soil

Poor sandy soils varying between more clay or more calcareous soils.

vinification

Grapes are picked in the cool of the morning. After selection, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. Maceration on the skins for several weeks. After a few months of rest, the wine is bottled and released.
