climate

The region is at the confluence of three major influences: southerly, oceanic and continental. These unique conditions have, over time, dictated the choice of varietal. The climate of the Bourgogne winegrowing region is mainly temperate, and has a positive influence on vine growing.

vinification

After a fermentation of 14 days, the wine has been partly matured in French oak for 10 months before bottling. Ageing potential : Drink now through 2-3 years.
