Beautiful ruby red color. Subdued nose of black cherries and red berries. In the mouth we find these flavors accompanied by a soft spiciness. Typical tannins and fine bitterness are nicely balanced with the fruit present. Medium long finish.

Versatile style and grape that supports both the slightly finer and more hearty meal. Delicious with red meat, vegetarian preparations with tomato, pasta with meat and pizza.

Warm and temperate climate with warm and moderately dry summers but still with regular precipitation. Winters can be cool but not really cold with a fair amount of precipitation. Both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea play a major role.

100% Dolcetto. After careful pressing, a classic fermentation follows under controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. The wine is bottled after a year.
