Since white wine can be perfectly mixed with other fruity flavors, it is the ideal basis for launching a fruit cocktail like Boom. The white wine is made from Moscatel from Spain which is made sparkling (Mimosa) and is complemented with orange flavour. Use it to drink on its own with ice and a slice of orange or as part of a summer cocktail. The taste is slightly sweet but remains refreshing and delicate.
